《企业战略管理》是工商管理专业的一门专业核心课。这门课程是在学习管理学、市场营销学、生产运作管理、财务管理、人力资源等课程基础上的知识综合运用,是站在企业高层的角度探讨在不断变化的竞争环境中如何确定企业的生存和发展战略,并且有效的实施这些战略。本课程是一门着眼于培育学生战略性思维,开发战略管理能力的课程。课程通过理论学习和具体上市企业的战略分析和修订使学生熟悉企业使命、企业目标与企业战略之间的关系,掌握企业内外部环境分析方法、企业总体战略和竞争战略的制定以及企业战略的实施与评估、控制。
Enterprise strategic management is a core course of business administration major. This course is a comprehensive application based on management, marketing, production management, financial management, human resources and other courses,it explore the survival and development strategy of the enterprise in a changing competitive environment and the effective implementation of these strategies. This course is a course focusing on cultivating students' ability in strategic thinking and developing strategic management. The course make students familiar with the mission, objectives and strategy through a specific company’s strategic analysis ,master the internal and external environment analysis method, know how to formulate,implement, evaluate and modify enterprise strategy.
